RV Indemnity Agreement

I hereby agree to indemnity, defend and hold harmless the Tahoe/Douglas Elks Lodge #2670, its members, officers, employees and agents ("Elks") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees ("Claim"), for death of or bodily injury to persons or damage to property arising out of or alleged to have arisen out of, in whole or in part by, or in connection with, my use or occupancy of the RV parking unit or any other Elks' facilities, without limit and without regard to the cause thereof and whether or not said Claim arises in whole or in part from the acts or omissions (including the joint or concurrent, active or passive negligence) of the Elks, but excluding the sole and exclusive negligence or willful misconduct of the Elks.
